You understand and agree that this estimate may not be accurate and should be relied upon only as an estimate. You accept full responsibility for making your own judgments about the sex, size, condition, species, or score of any animal or bird hunted at Florida Wild Hogs Hunting, and you assume full responsibility for any game shot.

ACCESS AND USE

Access to the site or its services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, weather events, riots, wars, internet connectivity issues) beyond Florida Wild Hogs Hunting's reasonable control, for which floridahoghunting.net will not be liable.

GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION

DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits made to reserve hunting dates, cabins, outdoor adventures, or other activities at Florida Wild Hogs Hunting are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Deposits may be transferred to a different date at our discretion. Deposits are for dates only and not for specific animals, which may not be available. We recommend purchasing third-party insurance to protect your deposit in case of travel delays or cancellations. We will assist with deposit transfers at our discretion.

SKINNING, QUARTERING, AND DISPOSAL FEESv

A skinning and quartering or disposal fee will be added to the final bill for each animal shot. This fee covers skinning, quartering, and disposal of any remaining parts. Fees vary based on the type, size, and mount requested. We will not discard or donate any animal without charging a fee. If meat is traded, a fee for replacement skinning will apply.

STORAGE OF MEAT OR MOUNTS

We do not store meat or mounts for future pickup. If a trophy mount is left for taxidermy, we are not responsible for its loss or damage. The taxidermist will contact you directly.

PRICES

Prices advertised are correct as of publication but may be subject to correction. Please confirm pricing on the day of your hunt or activity.

CHECK-IN POLICY

The minimum check-in age is 21, and a valid government ID is required. Check-in times cannot be earlier than those provided in your reservation text. Late check-ins may not be accepted without prior management approval. Contact us to confirm if late arrival arrangements can be made.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If a client/guest fails to show or does not check in for a booked cabin, the deposit will be forfeited, and we may charge for unused dates due to lost bookings.

OVERBOOKING & RELOCATION POLICY

In cases of overbooking or unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to book you into a local hotel at your expense.

CABIN TYPES

We do not guarantee specific cabins, as availability may vary.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY POLICY

Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit set by management, which cannot be altered. Please inquire about the limit for specific cabins at booking.

DAMAGE POLICY

Guests are responsible for any damage to property or amenities, with charges assessed based on the extent of damage, up to 150% of replacement value plus labor costs. Intentional damage will be reported to law enforcement and may result in criminal and civil charges.

DOG FRIENDLY POLICY

Florida Wild Hogs Hunting is dog-friendly. Dogs must be house-trained, non-aggressive, and leashed outside cabins or barns. A $500 deposit per dog is required, refundable if no damage or extra cleaning is needed.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

All indoor areas are non-smoking. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes indoors.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to hunting, visiting, and using our services. We are not responsible for notifying you of any required licenses or permits.
