Florida Wild Hogs Hunting Rules, Regulations, & Agreement Statements
In this document, "the hunter" refers to the customer (client) who signs and participates in this service under these agreements and rules. State and federal hunting regulations apply.
All prices and fees listed are in United States Dollars (USD) and only in USD.
This agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, both written and oral.
All weapons, including bows, must remain unloaded when not actively hunting. Arrows must be kept in a quiver to prevent broadheads from being exposed. Hollow point or full metal jacket (FMJ) bullets are prohibited. Always keep gun muzzles or arrowheads pointed away from people.
Do not track a wounded or shot animal without a guide. Stay within a 20-yard radius of your stand for safety.
Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during a hunt. Legal consequences for carrying a firearm while under the influence will be handled by law enforcement.
Guaranteed hunts cost more and must be declared before hunting. Chewing or smoking in your stand voids this guarantee. Cell phones must be on vibrate only.
No more than three shells are allowed in a weapon at any time during a hunt. No exceptions.
Do not shoot ear-tagged animals designated for breeding purposes. Violators will be liable for the cost of the injured or killed animal.
You may not shoot animals you have not booked for without the owner's prior permission. State and federal hunting regulations, such as seasons and bag limits, apply.
The animals you are hunting are wild and capable of fighting, which may result in physical damage. Other damages are possible.
The decision to shoot is solely the hunter's responsibility. Guides can provide estimates on the animal's type, size, weight, sex, species, condition, and scoring, but the hunter is fully responsible for ensuring they are shooting the desired animal or bird.
Guaranteed hunts, reschedules, and shot/not shot animals are determined solely by the property owner. Guaranteed hunts offer a shot opportunity but do not cover wounded animals, missed shots, weather conditions, environmental factors, or unused opportunities. No kill, no pay. Guaranteed hunts must be declared before hunting.
All photographs and videos taken may be used for promotional purposes. Clients are not allowed to take videos.
The hunter is fully responsible for any rented or borrowed equipment. Damaged, lost, broken, or stolen equipment must be paid for by the hunter. Exceptions are made for equipment malfunctions, but these are not the responsibility of the guides or owner of Florida Wild Hogs Hunting.
Half-day hunts start at 2:00 or 4:00 PM until dark. Full-day hunts start at 6:00 or 7:00 AM until dark. An additional cost of $100.00 USD per person applies for boar hunts or special rate hunts. Starting times depend on the time of year. Time extensions may incur additional charges.
Do not shoot, kill, or wound hunting dogs. Consequential fees start at a minimum of $2,500.00 USD.
Follow all rules at the shooting range.
Additional charges may apply for baits, guides, rentals, fuel, ice, lodging, time extensions, food and drinks, daily rates, delivery of meat, game cleaning, or dog usage. Some charges may be included in certain hunt packages. All game killed will incur skinning fees, even if donated.
Any game not cleaned by staff must be taken whole. The owner and staff are not responsible for damages or mistakes made during skinning, quartering, or caping.
Keep cabins, barns, ATVs, trucks, and hunting areas clean. Littering will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $100.00 USD.
The owner may amend, interpret, or make judgments on these agreements and terms of service at any time.
If hunting a hog for meat, any hog with at least one tusk 1.5 inches past the gum line will be charged as a trophy hunt. Extreme hunts cost $1,495 USD, non-negotiable.
Wounded game will be tracked only as long as blood is found. Proper shot placement is crucial.
We do not guarantee the weight, color, sex, tusk size, antlers, or species of any animals or birds in hunts. Animals may be trapped, bought, and released for hunting.
A great deal of work is done by guides to increase your success. A tip of 20% of your total bill for guides and staff is respectful and appreciated.
All deposits are for hunting dates, not specific game animals. Game animals may be shot out or too young to hunt at times.
Payments are accepted only in physical cash. (We charge 8% on credit; the cardholder agrees to pay all charges in cash within 48 hours.)
Florida Wild Hogs Hunting is not responsible for damaged or lost trophies held for taxidermy work.
This agreement is governed by Florida state laws. Any invalid or unenforceable term does not affect the other terms.
A daily rate of $295 to $350 (depending on the game hunted and group size) is due if no game is shot. Visitors must declare they are not hunting and agree to pay a fee starting at $100.00 per day.
If you need or want anything different from the original plans, inform your guide immediately for accommodation. The number of active hunters may limit the ability to walk or ride around.
Special price or discounted hunts have animal weight and size limits. Exceeding these limits will invalidate discounts and incur full charges.
By using this site or our services ("hunting"), you agree to these rules and regulations and hold yourself responsible for your actions. Any infraction will result in the end of your hunt with daily rates and/or other fees due. No refunds will be given for violations. You agree to hold Florida Wild Hogs Hunting and its owners harmless from any judgments, fees, penalties, suits, including attorneys' fees, arising from your use of this site or our services.
Any questions or concerns about pricing, trophy animals, special price hunts, animal weight, dates, or times will be addressed. This agreement is available for review at any time. The end of your hunt is not the time to claim you were uninformed, misunderstood, or disagreed with any part of this agreement. Please ask questions if you have any!
